    1. The installation and protection devices of concrete mixer have failures, which can threaten the safety of operators.

 

    2. The electricity in the construction sites is not safe and there is electric leakage phenomenon, which can cause electric shock accident.

 

    3. The operators are not following operation specifications and operate the machine against job regulation which will cause personal injury.

 

 

    In the production process, safety engineers should deal with them as follows according to the common accidents:

 

    1. Various concrete mixers should rotate in one direction for mixing concrete.

 

    2. Before starting the concrete mixer, make sure the insulation and ground connection of electric equipment are in good condition and the protection device of belt pulley is complete.

 

    3. Stat the concrete mixer and make the machine do test run before feeding materials. After the concrete mixer operates normally, feed and mix the materials. If suddenly stopping mixing materials halfway, discharge the materials firstly. When starting the machine again, there must be no material in the hopper and the concrete mixer must be started without load.

 

    4. It is forbidden to stand under the hopper of concrete mixer. Only operators can start the concrete mixer.
