    There are four main components of concrete mixing plant: sand feeding, powder (cement, fly ash, swelling agent, etc.) feeding, water and additive feeding, and transmission mixing and storage. After the control system of concrete mixer powers on, the machine enters into the man-machine dialogue operation interface and the system begins the initialization process which contains formula number, concrete grade, slumps, production volume, etc. According to the weighing to test each stock bin and measuring hopper, and signal of material empty and material full, remind operators whether it is time to start the mixing control programmer. Open the butterfly valve of fly ash and cement tank, and start the electric motor of spiral machine to deliver fly ash and cement to measuring hopper. Open the control valve of water and additive to make the water and cement flow into the measuring hopper. When it satisfies the set requirements, open the hopper door of measuring hopper and materials will enter into the concrete mixer which has been started and be mixed. After a set time, open the concrete mixer door and concrete will enter into the concrete mixer truck.
