Concrete mixer can be divided into mobile concrete mixer and stable concrete mixer. Mobile concrete mixer, which is the concrete mixer installed with wheels, such as JZC series concrete mixer, is convenient to be moved within short distance by pushing directly the machine, but there are some precautions when using mobile concrete mixer.

The first matter is parking location. Since mobile concrete mixer can move flexibly with installation of wheels, it must be parked carefully on level ground to guarantee its stationarity. Its wheels only need to be fixed to avoid slide in short period operation while they must be disassembled to be kept properly in long-term run, what’s more, the rack should be supported tightly by crosstie after shaft end is wrapped by oilcloth. 

Precautions of using mobile concrete mixer are basically similar to other kinds of concrete mixers. Except for correct operation and appropriate maintenance, cautious movement is also important to mobile concrete mixer. To avoid colliding, the machine should be fixed firmly before being delivered by vehicle in long-distance movement while stable speed and steady movement are most important matters in short distance. However, in both situations, the hopper should be lifted to the highest point and needs to be locked well by iron chain or bolt.
