Five "High" and Two "Utility" of haomei Batch Plant

Five “high”:

1. High system configuration: according to demands of users, the mainframe can adopt famous international brand or the concrete mixer assembled domestically with imported component.

2. High batching accuracy: converter technique can realize coarse batching and fine batching of various materials, and coarse batching can reach to 90% to 95% of requirement while fine batching can be 0.5% higher than required batching accuracy;

3. High reliability: the running frequency of air cylinder is low. With transducer, impact of compulsory start to reduction box can be avoided, which will lead to low failure rate and high reliability;

4. High productivity: the advanced centralized control system can ensure stable production and high work efficiency;

5. High cost performance: it shares the same performances with concrete batching house while its price is only one third to two third of concrete batching house.

Two “utility”:

1. Utility data management system: data management system, which can print delivery note automatically, can preserve production data of concrete batching plant simultaneously; besides, it has function of combination query and various reports outputs.

2. Utility monitoring system of slump: according to current curve displayed by monitoring system, operators can estimate concrete slump visually.
