Influence of Infrastructure Construction on Concrete Mixer Industry

To stimulate the economy, government has increased investment, which is beneficial for development of machinery industry. Driven by investment of infrastructure construction, concrete machinery industry has been closely connected with fixed investments.

In the long-term, since growth trend is stable, although subprime mortgage crisis can affect development pace of China machinery industry, factors driving its advancement will not be changed, namely, wide space of urbanization and transformation of global manufacturing industry to China will not be changed. During the period, China economic growth pattern leading by investment-led economy is difficult to be changed in the short run.

Under pressure of macro-control and lather collapse, investment of domestic real estate industry and mining industry has been reduced. Due to influence of subprime mortgage crisis, export has been decreased. With increased investment in infrastructure construction, product demand growth will be prominently different, which has led to development of concrete equipment industry.
