Overload Operation Matters of Concrete Mixer

    Here are some matters that we need to pay attention to when the concrete mixer is in overload operation:

 

    1. Make sure the output of supplying water according to the required ratio of concrete mixer, and adjust and renew time point counter to the corresponding water supply time.

 

    2. Start the mixing electric motor to ensure the concrete mixer run normally.

 

 

    3. Close the discharging gate, add the required mixture materials into the hopper, and then lift the hopper. Make sure the hopper operate smoothly and can stop in any position in the track freely. If there is slipping phenomenon, land the hopper down to the bottom of the pit, adjust the big nut of the brake motor. After the hopper lift lifted normally, can add materials to the mixing drum and start the water pump fill water into mixing drum at the same time.

 

    4. After the concrete mixer has been mixing concrete for 25-35s, open the discharging gate to discharge.

 

    5. In the process of the above-mentioned test run, if finding concrete mixer has abnormal situation, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately, check it, troubleshoot, and then test in time, until the machine is normal. After using new concrete mixer a day, check and tighten the transform plate and bolts and nuts of other place. Transmission and lubrication parts need oil lubrication.
