Improvement Policy of Concrete Mixing Plant

    1. The control system is one of the important equipment for batching plant and it is related to the production efficiency of concrete batch plant. Therefore, improve partial function to centralized control, improve balance lever to electronic scale and improve the accuracy of the control system when transforming the control system of batch plant.

 

    2. Consider resource conservation and investment funds, we had better improve the concrete mixing plant in original equipment structure selectively, such as, adding the third or fourth bucket, heightening the batching plant to meet the feeding of concrete mixer truck and adding cement silo and screw machine.

 

    3. Functional transformation of the original components: boom-dragline, sand, cement, fly ash, water transmission system and measuring system.

 

 

 

    4. In order to reasonably use and control capacity, improve the original function properly, add cement, water and additive weighing system and improve the measuring method.

 

    5. Improve, use and renovate the original mixing equipment in order to further develop the effectiveness of old equipment; match the new and old equipment together, set the location and improve the equipment according to terrain.

 

    6. Of course, design and modify plan on scene or discuss with customers according to the different requirements of site condition and existing conditions.
