Regular Inspection Items of Concrete Mixer

    Weekly inspection items of concrete mixing machine:

    1. Check the wear condition of steel wire rope and smear some lubrication oil. After wire rope wears to a certain extent, it should be replaced.

    2. Check the oil level of reducer box, oil condition of oil pump and lubrication parts situation. Add lubricant oil to the roller bearings of hopper.

    3. Keep the water supply system clean so as not to block it. Check and clean the suction valve. Check whether the rocker switch is loose and adjust it if necessary.

    4. Check whether the connection bolts of mixing blades are loose and adjust them. The biggest clearance between mixing drum and mixing blade is 5mm. If not, tighten it timely.

    5. Check the contact situation of contactor in the electric box.

    6. Check the end sealing condition and timely adjust and replace it.

    Necessary inspection items of concrete mixer:

    1. Check the hoist brake and adjust in time.

    2. Check whether the water pump and throttle valve have leakage phenomenon.

    3. Check and add lubricant oil to open gear and tighten the belt.

    4. Check the mixing blades and wear condition of lining plate and timely replace them.
