Operation Procedures and Announcements of Compulsory Concrete Mixer

    Operation procedures of forced type concrete mixer:

 

    1. Before starting, check whether the rotation parts and material drum have bruised phenomenon, timely adjust.

 

    2. The reducer can be used after adding engine oil, and the discharging worm gear and bearing should be injected into the engine oil too.

 

    3. When cleaning material drum, lock the limiting device of mixing drum body, then start the concrete mixer. If the rotation direction is not meeting the requirement after starting, cut down power supply, change the wire position and finally can start forced type concrete mixer again.

 

 

 

    4. Feed all the mixture materials into the mixing drum, close the drum cover. According to the mixing time adjust timing relay (it should be adjusted when cutting down the power supply).

 

    5. Press the start button, the main mixing shaft of concrete mixer will drive the mixing shovel, when reaching the setting time, it will stop automatically.

 

    6. When discharging materials, stop the concrete mixing machine; then loose the limiting device of mixing drum body, rotate the hand wheel; the worm gear will drive the mixing drum rotate to facilitate location of the discharging, the mixing machine will stop; start concrete mixer, make the main mixing shaft mix discharge the materials until the mixing drum is empty, can stop the rotation of mixing drum; finally, the rotation wheel will reset the material drum

 

    7. Clean the mixing drum, add some water into it, and make the main shaft rotate so that can clean the residual materials in the mixing drum. The sand can also clean it.
