The Structure of Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

    Here, haomei will introduce the structure of mobile concrete batch and mixing plant for users:

 

    1. The host chassis: it is the cantilever form mixing chassis which includes trailer truck traction pin and park outriggers. On the chassis, there are concrete mixer, weighing system of cement, water and additive.

 

    2. Control room: the control room is installed on the bottom of host chassis. In the control room, there is automatic control system which is same to HZS series concrete batching plant. When the batch plant is working, the control room is the front supporting point for the whole plant. When moving, the control room will be removed and stored into holder. The control wire ropes are no need to remove.

 

 

 

    3. Aggregate batching weighing system: this system is on the end of the concrete mixing plant. On the top of it is aggregate (stone and sand) storage bin which can be divided into 2 or 4 standard. The storage bin has set a higher board to increase the loading capacity.

 

    4. Belt conveyor frame: this frame is the part which connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame and there is a belt frame in it. This frame is the main structure which can connect the host chassis, belt frame and aggregate batching frame together.

 

    5. The peripheral components: they are cement silo and screw conveyor. No matter at work or on transport, these parts are whole part, no need remove, so they can be transported and removed overall.

 

    6. Host mixing machine: generally, it is JS series forced type concrete mixer which can mix fluid and dry hard concrete evenly.
