How to Maintain Mixing Device of Concrete Batching Plant

    In the operation process, poor maintenance for mixing device will cause failures or affect the working efficiency of concrete mixing plant. Therefore, many operators will pay more attention to the maintenance work for mixing device of batch plant. So, what matters needing attention when taking maintenance work for mixing device?

 

    After starting for the first time and removing failures of electric system, check the rotation direction of mixing arms before startup. The half dry concrete will stick on the mixing shaft and increase the mixing shaft diameter which will reduce the mixing efficiency and loose power. So, users should keep the mixing shaft clean. (Note: when cleaning manually, it is prohibited to knock mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blades fiercely.)

 

 

 

    We suggest users clean the mixing shaft in time after finishing each working cycle or before the initial setting time of mixture concrete in any production interruption time. Adjust the mixing shaft regularly and keep the maximum clearance of the highest point of lining plate is not more than 3.5 mm. The new machine should be checked everyday in a week and check every week after using one week. After starting concrete mixing plant for everyday, make it run in empty for a period of time. Listen whether there is grating between mixing shaft and mixing drum.

 

    When we taking regular maintenance work for mixing device of concrete batch and mixing plant, the working efficiency will be increased continuously and the failure rate will reduce.
