    With the development of national economy and in the related industry driven, nearly a decade, concrete mixer industry has a rapid development in our country. Relative to last year, year engineering machinery dropped more than 20%, 15% positive growth of concrete mixer industry is impressive. But rapid expansion capacity, lack of full development strategy, outdated management philosophy and lack of risk control consciousness will have hidden danger in the future development of some concrete mixer enterprises. Perhaps this is rapid economic development will inevitably bring the negative phenomenon for concrete mixer industry.

    The overall situation of concrete mixer industry in our country still has a big gap compared with industrialized countries. Comprehensive evaluation of product quality, management, product development and manufacturing experience and so on is behind with western developed countries.
 
    In response to the above situation, domestic concrete mixer equipment industry should have a better understanding of industrial concept to preferably identify basic knowledge and ascertain vocational training direction which is helpful to carry out vocational education and cultivate qualified talents for the enterprise. Domestic enterprises should learn from foreign advanced management philosophy and management style and combine with national conditions and their own corporate culture to carry out enterprise informatization management.
