The Configuration of Concrete Mixing Plant

    Host mixing machine:

    The host mixing machine can be divided into forced type concrete mixer and self falling concrete mixer according to the mixing way. Compulsory concrete mixer is the main mixing machine in home and broad which can mix fluid, half dry hard and hard concrete. Self falling concrete mixer mainly mixes fluid concrete mixer and is rarely used in batch plant.

    Forced type concrete mixer has three types according to structure design: planetary concrete mixer, single shaft concrete mixer, and twin shaft concrete mixer. Among them, comprehensive performance of twin shaft concrete mixer is the best.

    Material weighing system:

    Material weighing system is the key part affecting the concrete quality and production cost and it consists of aggregate, powder and liquid weighing system.

    Material storage system:

    The material storage way of concrete is basically same. Aggregate material is air storage; powder material is stored by closed steel structure bin; additive material is steel structure container.

    Control system:

    Control system of concrete mixing and batch plant is the center of the whole equipment. Different control systems have different functions and configurations according to users’ requirements. Generally, the small concrete batching plant has simple control system. On the contrary, the control system of commercial concrete batching plant is complex.
