    1. The electric motor should be tested and check the motor whether it is in the normal operation.

 

    2. Start the mixing motor. The direction of rotation of the belt should be in accordance with pivot-end. If not, change the electric current wiring.

 

    3. Start the lifting hopper in the lifting motor and check the lifting and drop of hopper and the upper and lower limiter whether they are reliable.

 

    4. Start the discharging device and close and open the discharging door to its place.

 

    5. Start the pump motor and check the direction of rotation.

 

    6. Open the water plug screw of water pump and make water enter the pump and water pipe, until it can absorb water. Then close the water plug screw.
